"Sam's Big Bluff"
If you need an actor to memorize five pages of dialog in a night, Pete's your guy. Ironic, since in "Sam's Big Bluff" we gave him one word to say. He's in the upcoming film "The Cuckold", and he recently did a pilot TV show called "Discs". He's also doing theatre now. He's a little busy.
"Hold The
Onions"
Besides English, Tetyana speaks fluent Ukranian and Russian. She's also learning Spanish, and can understand Polish. If I ever direct a film in Ukranian or Russian, it will be horrible, because I don't speak either of those languages. Who knows what the actors will be saying? I won't.
"On
Productivity"
John is an original member of The Eclectic Company, an improv troupe from Buffalo. And if you happened to watch Monday Night Football this past year, that game between Buffalo and Dallas? John was in a skit at the opening. He was great. The game sucked.
"Sam's Big
Bluff"
You have to have Kelly on your set; she's just too much fun. She plays kind of a ditz in "Sam's Big Bluff", but she's actually pretty smart. She's in college. Masters degree, I think. I haven't actually seen her grades, but I don't think they kicked her out.
"Postage
Paid"
Chris is on a rocketship to acting stardom. He appeared on stage in Buffalo at Main Street Cabaret, Theatre of Youth, Shakespeare in Delaware Park, and Irish Classical Theatre Company. And it's all thanks to his role in Postage Paid. If we say it, it makes it true.
"Fireballs"
Katelyn is a member of Eye Candy, a burlesque troupe in Buffalo, along with her sister Chelsea. The two get along pretty well. In high school, my brother threw me right through the glass on our side door. I cut a vein, and thought I was gonna die. But I didn't. Obviously.
"Pinch"
Dave dressed up as a Vulcan one Halloween. So he had no choice but to say yes when we asked him to play a Vulcan in our film. He even brought his own ears. Does Tom Cruise bring his own ears to a film shoot? Okay, I guess he does, but does he bring his own VULCAN ears? Ha!
"The
Consultants"
Al is a trainer at the Jewish Community Center in Buffalo. We're thankful that he's so friendly, because he is pretty damn huge. And not huge like a fat guy, we're talking built. But if you see him, act friendly...just to be on the safe side.
